Conference on CO2-based Fuels and Chemicals 2023
The Conference on CO2-based Fuels and Chemicals is one of the most established worldwide conferences on Carbon Capture & Utilisation for the entire Power-to-X industry and its customers. The upcoming 10th edition of the conference will take place from 19-20 April in Cologne showcasing the newest and most important developments in the fast-growing field of CO2 capture and utilisation.
New and leading players will demonstrate novel and improved applications based on the use of CO2 as a feedstock. The main topics of the conference are green hydrogen production, carbon capture technologies, and carbon utilisation (Power-to-X): Transportation and aviation fuels, building-blocks, bulk, and fine chemicals, as well as advanced technologies for CO2 utilisation such as artificial photosynthesis. The conference will be accompanied by a trade exhibition.
On the second day, April 20, our project partner VITO will be presenting the work done in the VIVALDI project during the presentation "Electrochemical Production of C1 Chemicals and their Bioconversion to Polymers" at 12.20 pm (CET), session "CO2-to-Polymers and Materials".
