European Congress on Biotechnology

The Dutch Biotechnology Association (NBV), the European Federation of Biotechnology and the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry are organising the 19th European Congress on Biotechnology. The congress will take place from June 30 to July 3 in Rotterdam (The Netherlands).

The event will be combined with the IBS2024 and NBC-24 conferences to attract leading experts from across the world to present Plenary Lectures and Keynote presentations in 30 symposia. The over-arching theme for the 2024 congress will be “Grand Challenges for Biotechnology: Health; Food Security; and Global Warming”. The scientific programme will focus on how to translate front-line research into commercially viable applications. In addition to daily plenary lectures and five streams of morning and afternoon symposia, the scientific programme will include a trade exhibition.

The VIVALDI project is pleased to be presented at this conference by our consortium partner the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU), that will showcase the developments achieved in the field of biotechnology via a poster presentation.
