MEEP 2023 – Microbial/Enzymatic Electrochemistry platform

The MEEP Symposium, taking place from 5-7 July in Lucerne (Switzerland), is a high-level international event offering a presentation of state-of-the-art technology. The symposium covers science and engineering, materials and manufacturing, components and systems, design, testing, integration and applications, for all Microbial & Enzymatic Electrochemical Reactors, especially Microbial Fuel Cells, Electrolysers and Applications.

MEEP is offering students, researchers, suppliers and industry the opportunity to come together and share information and insights in these interesting and continuously expanding fields of science and technology.

Paniz Izadi, scientific researcher at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ) has been invited as a speaker to present the progress achieved within the VIVALDI project. Her lecture, titled "CO2 and electrons as only substrates for electro-biorefineries", will take place on July 6 at 11.10 am (CEST).
