VIVALDI project featured on national TV channels

The Austrian TV Channel ServusTV has recently featured our colleague Diethard Mattanovich, professor at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU). During the programme P.M. Wissen, he discussed with astrophysicist Gernot Grömer the role of engineered yeast in the transformation of CO2 into biochemicals in the VIVALDI project.
The programme can be watched here.

Last year, the Catalan channel TV3 Cat also interviewed VIVALDI project coordinator Albert Guisasola (associated professor at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) and Gorka Pascual Fortea, responsible environment and energy at the brewery Damm. Together, they showcased how VIVALDI solutions transform biobased industries’ off-gases into relevant products, helping them to apply circular economy approaches.
