VIVALDI research is on the cover of ChemElectroChem journal

Congratulations to Aykut Kaş, Paniz Izadi and Falk Harnisch, research team at our consortium partner Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ), for their research paper titled "High Salt Electrolyte Solutions Challenge the Electrochemical CO2 Reduction Reaction to Formate at Indium and Tin Cathodes", which has been selected for the latest cover of the renown chemistry journal.

The paper explores the production of formate via electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction and at conditions allowing its use as feedstock for biological syntheses using halophilic microorganisms.
